This totally.  I'm a brown person living in the faraway burbs of Clarksburg, MD, one reason being the schools. I hate to say it though but I do think white people, whether subconsciously or not, do tend to avoid neighborhoods that have a large number of brown people. So though they may not be moving out.. they aren't moving in.[/quote]
