Her size is most definitrly distracting, sometimes cringeworthy. Doesn't help that Mandy Moore and Beth are tiny, heck I would look like an ox standing next to them, but Kate is a candidate for my 600 lb life. As for Toby if my husband, especially someone who is fairly new to the family, snapped at my mother like Toby did there would be a huge problem! 
Rebecca is a mother of a few decades, went through a tough pregnancy herself and knew a little about IVF. Her already at risk child was choosing to make another dangerous health choice. She wasn't wrong to voice her concerns. Kate and Toby did not like the message or the timing of it because they don't want to face reality and would rather spend thousands of dollars to further compromise their health. [/quote]
