I think the flashbacks showed us that Camille refused to take the "medicine" (poison) Adora was trying to force on her.  That's why Adora didn't love Camille - Camille wouldn't allow herself to get sick and "need" Adora's attention.  Adora couldn't stand the fact that Camille was so "cold" (her words).

I honestly don't know why Camille didn't do something to help her middle sister - she clearly understood something sinister was going on.  She even witnessed Adora biting baby Amma to make her cry.  Maybe it was all so traumatic and unbelievable that she simply buried it away in her subconscious.

The stepfather was really unforgiveable.  He had to have known what was going on and that Adora was mentally ill.

I think Adora and the Chief had been romantically involved in the past.  Not sure if it was ongoing.  I want to know who Camille's father was.

I'm also intrigued by Jackie - she clearly knew/suspected what was going on, as she had requested the medical files.  But why didn't she ever report her suspicions to the Chief?[/quote]
