No, it's not MCPS's fault that people are speculating that MCPS deliberately and illegally admitted undeserving black and Hispanic kids instead of deserving Asian-American kids. That's on the speculators themselves.[/quote]

I have an idea to ID highest caliber students! Take the highest test scoring kids over the last 24 months of tests - MAP, PARCC, COGAT.
