You are misstating most of what you claim she said and you are taking it all out of context. You are probably not even well enough informed to understand the context. When she tweets about white people going extinct, she is referencing right-wing claims that minorities are taking over. just yesterday, for instance, Laura Ingraham said:

"The America we know and love doesn't exist anymore. Massive demographic changes have been foisted on the American people, and they are changes that none of us ever voted for, and most of us don't like ... this is related to both illegal and legal immigration".

The alt-right constantly references white genocide which they claim will be caused by mixing between races. Jeong is mocking the entire notion that whites are endangered.

I still say someone doesn't spew venom for two years (at least) simply to make a mockery. The things that Jeong came up with reveal the level of her hostility. That's my opinion.
