Wow, I would never have thought the field rental would be that much a year.  Thanks for the insight.  I wonder how DCE was able to swing that amount of pre-payment?  I can see how that would be attractive if the school had serious cash-flow needs.  But getting into that arrangement is a little like robbing Peter to pay Paul since there will be no cash for 2 years from that asset once they were paid up front the first year.[/quote]
