Our laws and rights are outlined in the Constitution, which, the last time I checked, is the document we follow when determining law. Access to affordable health care or free health care are not outlined in our Constitution. Nor is women’s access to birth control or abortion. If you think it belongs in our Constitution, work on changing the law - not stocking the SCOTUS with justices who will legislate. Our country does provide the poor with health care - often times for free. Many organizations work to ensure that those who cannot afford health care, get it. There is availability for low cost or free health care for those who need it. Despite the fact that it isn’t listed in our Constitution as a right. [/quote]
