Plus, the RFP was written by people who are now going to be employed by Discovery.  They need to have new people re-look/re-write the RFP to make sure that it is not written in a way that would favor Discovery or any other company.  And that will take time - unfortunately, they really should not just re-issue the same RFP.  [/quote]
