Read the WaPo article. It absolutely says clergy and others were urging council members to go farther and not exclude those with criminal convictions. That would include rapists and murderers.

And I'm sure Mexico, Central American and other countries all across the globe can benefit from having their doctors and cleaning ladies come back home. Make those countries great again![/quote]
