PP here. You’re obviously free to think me stating my background is douchey. I think it is relevant.

A majority of answers have either been “I’m attracted to any woman who isn’t fat and will sleep with me. Or “ I want a woman with double Ds”. A lot of guys I went to HS with would give that answer.

But the guys I went to school with and in my professional life are different. Just like George Clooney chose Amal instead of Megan Fox, MDs at Banks and VPs at tech companies want more than just hourglass figures.

I would take a smart, pleasant woman with smallish boobs and a runner’s body that could tell stories about backpacking across Southeast Asia over a cosmetologist that looked like Sofia Vergara any day of the week. [/quote]

Let me know if I can help you off that high horse. We’re in a thread titled “What do men find attractive?”  I gave 8 things. Seems more honest than saying “A woman can be 300 lbs with a buzz cut and wearing a stained sweatsuit, but I’ll buy her a drink if she likes baseball and salsa dancing.”

It also seems more helpful than writing “If she has a pulse, more than half of her teeth, and D cups I’ll sleep with her.”  There are plenty of men like that, but I’m not one of them. Neither, I believe, are most of the men the single women of DCUM would be interested in.

Personally, I’m tall (over 6 feet), have all my hair, work out (both lift and run) regularly, good posture, keep well groomed, and try to dress well. I’m an extrovert (I’m in BD/partnerships). People have told me I look like Joshua Jackson. Women don’t automatically drop their panties when I walk in a room, but I do get hit on at conferences. I’ve been happily married a long time and do not cheat.[/quote]

I'm a woman following this thread and actually find the PP's insights refreshing. It's better than the other 'boobs and butt' comments. I do agree that if you wont get into an LTR with a nice lady just because she wont wear makeup and grow out her hair is kinda sad.[/quote]
