Has anybody had issues with Peloton customer service? I was looking at the reviews on the Peloton website and saw that most people are really happy, but there is definitely a decent-sized minority who say that they had major problems with the operation of their bikes and that Peloton customer service wouldn't help them get them fixed or was unresponsive.
I got my bike in February and had two instances which required customer service, and they were great every time I needed them. The first was due to a faulty cable which displayed the censors on the screen. They helped me get it fixed temporarily but had a new cable (and a new heart monitor, just in case) shipped out and on my doorstep two days later. The second was due to loud squeaking from the pedals while riding, and we had to troubleshoot a few times before they sent me out brand new cleats, which took about a week total. All in all, I'm happy with the service I received.
