People with a job downtown have options also -- get a job closer to home, or move closer to work.

If HOV was really meant as a carpool lane, we'd have a process for registering official carpools, with verification from the employer, and they'd get a special sticker to put on their car. I know of no HOV lanes like this.[/quote]
