Like the PP said, the courts don't care. Her cheating is irrelevant to their divorce. 
There is no "nailing her" in regards to cheating.
Of course he can always be a hard ass in the divorce, that's his prerogative, just know that cheating plays no role in the settlement [/quote]

Actually, in Virginia it does.  Especially if it is an "At Fault" divorce.  Splitting assets and kids it doesn't play much of a role. but the cheater stands to lose a lot in the alimony decision. Potentially forfeiting all alimony, but definitely will not get permanent alimony if the affair is the reason for the "At Fault" judgment.[/quote]
