Please name 40% off sales at Costco and Amazon.  Unfortunately, I live at Costco and have never seen %40 off anything.  But you are right, JC Penny's, Macys, Nordstrom, Best Buy are always discounting. Three of the four are closing stores across the country. The fourth is barley being held up by their own discount store "Rack". [/quote]
