They don't "Get to Stay" at Chantilly. They were suggested to be moved by multiple consultants multiple times, and keep managing to finagle their way back to Chantilly. Mysteriously. Somehow.[/quote]

Oh please. That is getting to stay. They have always been at Chantilly so why would they want to be moved? They aren’t far from Chantilly. Now Crossfield on the other hand is far from Oakton. How come Crossfield gets to stay at Oakton and not go to their neighborhood school which is Skyview?[/quote]

Because Chantilly is crowded and Westfield needs some more kids.  And, it makes no sense to send Chantilly Mews which is much, much closer to Chantilly and has "always gone" to Chantilly.
