[/quote] The difference is pp wants to make sure her Chantilly area isn't considered "bordering" Westfield even though it in fact borders Westfield because the non-residential areas of Westfield are somehow special and different and so the borders aren't real borders. Its not very logical but she's desperatw to distract from how close her area is. [/quote]
