I have also heard that team is actually better than the 3rd team but that was from a silver parent. I guess that 4th team is now the black team. Yes - the talent gap between the top 2 teams and the bottom 2 teams is pretty wide. The silver team (4th team/future black team) is I would say almost equal to the 3rd team but a long way from the 2nd team and longer way to the top team (current gold/next year ecnl-r). The fourth team plays in the lowest NCSL division but has a chance at promotion. Someone posted a link to the NCSL schedule/results in the last few pages of this thread.[/quote]
