PP here who wrote the summary. I think we're both sort of right. AP saw JR enter the home, however it seems that BB was the first to physically encounter. The commonwealth seems very certain that someone other than CB created the fetlife user.

My understanding of the story is different. She called BB when she returned home.  She said she saw an unknown car at the house and he came right back home. They all three went into the house/basement together and they heard something going on. Then BB went up and confronted JR.  [/quote]
