Everything that happened was a direct result of her breaking the law and then when asked politely, refusing the comply and arguing that she had a right to break the law even to the point of letting her dog run through the underbrush and plantings. The entire point of the leash law was to protect the habitat and plantings for the birds. She basically said that her entitled self and dog were more important. She had a second chance to either leash the dog or leave the area when asked politely. She refused. Everything that happened from that point on are based on her illegal and asinine behavior.[/quote]
