The plan was to file a complaint alleging retaliation and then hope months later, defendants would retaliate by talking about the lawsuit? The timeline doesn’t work for her cause of action. WF disclosed him as the one social media/journalist they had communication about the lawsuit in their interrogatory responses.[/quote]
