And I know there is no Fing way a republican would step up and be like “you know what, you’re right. It’s f**king unacceptable that these people try to signal their support for nazis at campaign events. I finally now see that the Republican Party has taken a dangerous turn toward violent fascism and their worship of the German nazi who committed unthinkable atrocities in World War II is simply sick.  As an American, my grandfather fought against Nazi rule and fought to end those atrocities.  I am proud that he did.  I believe in the greatness of America - the one that fought again Nazis - instead of praising them. I want to make America great like that, again.”

Nope, no republican would ever say that. I would. A democrat and the granddaughter of two courageous World War II vets (one of whom killed Nazis on the beaches on D Day).  I also happen to be a Jew.
