I'm with you on this!  Her solution to the marriage problems was to ignore the paper he wanted her to fill out and instead to find a weekend retreat for them to get away.

It seems like Tyler wants to leave the marriage but feels bad/gulity. He has taken on a lot of the responsibility and is problem tired of it from every direction and wants a fresh start. Looks like Cate is hoping he will ignore the situation b/c of the baby. They have been so codependent on each for so long now. Tyler has learned to now cope w/ out Cate since she has been away a few times now while she does not seem like she would do that well without him b/c he is always there to fall back on.  [/quote]
