Omg I saw that post while scrolling Facebook. I recognized his name from Valor and if I recall correctly he was not liked there. The post had a couple of laugh emojis (one from the disgraced former VRSC director or whatever) and at least one angry emoji. Kind of wild to see on a post announcing a hire![/quote] that dude knows little if any about soccer.  He was a sideline yelling dad when he’s daughter played.  His daughter was a ok player, but not as good as he thought.  Got frustrated and decided to coach.  He should of never been hired by valor.  But valor is a crap club. Its CYA V2[/quote]

He actually coached rec, then moved up to travel, then was a sideline complainer. Valor LOVES to hire parent coaches b/c its easy and they don't care about their low level teams. I think the story is they decided not to renew his contract for the next year and he just stopped showing up for games and practices. [/quote]

He left MID-PRACTICE after telling his team (which he had already destroyed) that he wouldn't be coaching them any longer. There were 3 games left in the season.
