I know of some Northwood High (currently housed at Woodward) teachers who would prefer to switch to new Woodward when it opens, than return to Northwood (after Northwood construction is complete). Hard to speculate where any new principal will hire their staff from. I'm sure many WJ teachers are happy where they are. #1 factor for job satisfaction is who your boss is. Teachers have same pay, benefits, and pension regardless of school.[/quote]
