Loudoun only owns the 2 fields at LSP. The rest of the fields they use belong to the county. NVA would still have access to those.[/quote]

What does one have to do with the other? Any organization can rent fields through the county. Loudoun Soccer had no affiliation with Loudoun County. They rent the fields the same way every other soccer club does. [/quote]

There’s a lot of competition for fields. In Fairfax, at least, having a big rec program helps get priority.[/quote]
