DP. It's not that they were covering. It's they lacked any kind of intuition, based on experience and a knowledge of what type of peopel are appopriate to have around children. They also possess a serious desire to be liked and respected by Washington's "elite," that not a one of them dared question anybody else, for fear of harming their own illustrious reputations. When you put out of touch people in charge of pre-schools, based only on their money and professional contacts and reputations, this is what happens.[/quote]
