The law states that the maximum penalty for each charge of supplying alcoholic beverages is $2500 per teenager. That does not prove they drank at he house.[/quote] Everyone knows they drank at the house. It would not be abuse of power to charge the adult with more than a slap on wrist. It would send a message. There are two dead kids as a direct result of drinking at this parent's house. [/quote]
