But it does point that the dividing line between who goes to Blair and who goes to Poolesville is around the Rockville/Gaithersburg line. ie neighborhoods in the Quince Orchard area and north go to Poolesville, Rockville and south goes to Blair. It's a dividing line that makes the two areas entirely different areas. So it's not really fair to pull just a handful of kids from an elementary school to an entirely new area, while the rest of their classmates from elementary school go to another.[/quote]
