DP. Ask Elon and Melania what they think about that— they both violated their visas. He entered on a student visa and didn’t attend a university, instead working illegally for two years till he got a work visa. She entered on a tourist visa and worked, which is a violation of that visa. [/quote]

They are citizens now but they weren’t always. The point is that the wealthy or influential can get away with breaking visa rules, but it only bothers MAGA when a poor brown person does it.

You are correct. And here is text from the official memo that outlines who ICE agents shouldn’t be targeting. Note that agents have been told to back off arresting noncriminal undocumented migrants. Apparently the Maga on this thread haven’t kept up with the news. They don’t seem to realize that Trump has folded once again.
