For the 2016s and 2017s there was frustration with communication all year, but like you said… Probably typical dysfunction and issues from across clubs. BUT on top of that: they created additional teams for this age group without informing parents (went from 1 team to 3…?), started moving our kids around and rostering them for teams that we didn’t know they were roster for, kids were registered for games back to back in locations 45 minutes away from each other (sometimes last minute), there was no sign of incoming kids for a pipeline, they made staffing changes without even taking a moment to explain why…

There was typical frustration all year, but trust just collapsed between Feb-April.

To this day, no one on the management side has taken the time to address what’s happening. Either they don’t know that 90% of the team is not re-signing, or they don’t care to discuss it.

This was totally preventable… All they had to do was talk honestly to parents. Instead, it’s all smoke and mirrors.[/quote]
