I don't see many players who have been playing  at lower levels beyond the age of 14 really getting much of a shot at ECNL rosters in the area.  I can speak from experience that it is possible to spring board up the ladder even if you have to endure situations that may not be perfect.  Frankly I don't think anybody can say that there is a club that is perfect in all respects in NOVA, or probably nationally.  [/quote]
