Honestly, being reviewed by Venable, if any were expressed. We simply do not know yet.

If no children were harmed at NCRC, not sure how it can be claimed they enabled him? DP who chose not to send my child to NCRC, prior to JC being head.

No one should have a false sense of security that everyone their child comes into contact elsewhere is safe, from people, or cameras. That said, I think Silver Stars handled the incident with the father placing a camera pretty well. But that was a 3rd party, not staff.[/quote]
