Because they have three teams or more per age group. The real question is how many will back out if already committed to Union and if Union will still make families pay the Club dues (which they shouldn't, these are still kids in the end!).

10s and 11s have a real shot at winning the Nat'l Championship if they pick up the best Union players. Nothing will help the 09s, not even Trinity Rodman. 12s could get some much needed help but would have SC...younger age groups will still see parity of kids moving club to club for years. [/quote]

SC is getting to the point of burning through kids at a higher rate than replacing them for 12 and 13. Maybe tryouts will prove me wrong. Arguably has the worst reputation for abuse in the whole DMV right now. And he deserves every bit of it. [/quote]

It depends on the game. He’s not always at his worst and there’s been another coach as a “babysitter” at many games because of complaints.  And then there’s the stuff you don’t hear that he says on the sideline or to the team after. [/quote]
