Loudoun County owns the land at Segra Field. Loudoun United is a tenant and operates the stadium. Any club can rent the field through Loudoun United. Loudoun Soccer does not have exclusive use of Bolen. Field space is controlled by Loudoun County and is allocated based on player registrations. [/quote] Player registration my ass.
