Dream on.  United won't want the publicity of a trial.  They've got much deeper pockets than a skydive instructor.  He will indeed get millions.  Sky diving is an inheritantly risky activity.  Sitting on an airplane shouldn't be.  Corporations don't get to assault their customers.  [/quote]
