People are concerned about Maine because Senator Collins is very beatable. But Maine Democrats have chosen a very flawed candidate - from Nazi tattoos to domestic issues to lying about his background to mocking wounded soldiers and so on - and fear that Collins will win and allow Republicans to keep the Senate. So the Maine race is high stakes for everyone in the country. I think every sane person wishes that Democrats in Maine would have chosen a stronger candidate. [/quote]

Agree, but let's focus on other races. Annie Andrews has just barely raised more than Lindsay Graham. It would be so much more satisfying to see him lose the Senate, rather than "Very Concerned" Collins.
