1. Let ICE do their job while police in Virginia focus on their own job without adding enforcement of ICE stuff.

ICE has a legally valid mission, but there have been some incidents lately that raise concern about the policies and procedures currently being used and whether there are issues of excessive force, unwarranted harm to citizens or legal residents, and whether the way ICE operates makes communities safer or less safe. Given the context, limiting cooperation while ICE figures out how to do their job without these incidents seems potentially prudent.[/quote]

Her EO only applies to the Virginia State Police.

Organizations like the Fairfax County PD and the Alexandria Sheriff’s Office can continue to work with ICE the way they did prior to the Spanberger EO.
