I just watched a news piece. This smells the father seeking even more custody (or arguing for less mother-parenting time or maybe less payments) after their separation. It’s not uncommon for one parent who was scorned/hurt/what-ever to want the other parent out of the picture. I have been through this custody thing personally, so I have a sense it’s related based on what Ive seen/heard. This mom still has not seen her son since she was detained. She is hoping for “a Christmas miracle.” This event/action sounds more personally motivated + Less legally -motivated. I hope she gets to see her son soon. As for the guy? I hope he grows up.
