yes - i think it's possible that burke PUSHED her down the stairs.  that could cause the brain injury.  he was prob jealous b/c jonbenet was the center of attention 24/7 & it seems like burke got zero attention....[/quote]

+1 Interesting to me that in the tv interviews John and Patsy seemed very much a united front but strangely calm and not angry about the murder itself.  Really does make sense if they were determined to protect Burke.   Yes, I'm now thinking accident, possibly involving Burke, then the horrible staging (which only makes sense if they were desperately protecting their other child, can't imagine they would cover for each other in this way).[/quote]
