There is a missing piece to the story for certain. If the police truly believe this was second degree murder by the AP that means that they don't have evidence that the AP shooting Ryan was premeditated/pre-planned. But the story the AP told the police and all that was related in court does not match up with this not being premeditated/pre-planned. I think there is still something big missing - I'm just not sure what. I feel like it's possible Brendan Banfield planned to frame Ryan and the AP and daughter weren't supposed to be in the house?
