[/quote] I agree with the lawyer only if the employees were being repositioned to a flight in Louisville - i.e. "must fly"under the company's policies -- but not if they were pass=riders who were commuting. Those are not supposed to be given seats ahead of paying customers. That would have violated the company's own policies.[/quote]
