No, [b]you idiot.[/b] It's the Obligatory Praise Meeting, of course he wants to hear it. He stays up half the night rage-posting, and he's very old and tired. Of course he can't stay awake, even to hear his own praise. It's way, way, worse than Biden. And this is a televised meeting, so the enemies of the US get to see the catastrophe.

When he's awake, he calls Somalis "garbage".
