Two former FBI speculated to me in the days after the search warrant that the DOJ would not have served a search warrant unless the stolen papers had been identified in enemy hands.  Ratliff as DNI would have had to grant access.  The papers themselves could only have been printed on certain printers and there's a code on the papers that will show up in future copies.  It identifies who downloaded them for printing and what device it was printed on.  The conversations were well before tonight's nuclear secrets revelation.  If they are right, Trump may have shared nuclear secrets with our enemies.

The Congressmen who have been so outraged about the search warrant are either going to look really dumb, or some of them may have helped with the transfer of government secrets.
