Trump and Epstein were best friends for decades.  Even if they hadn't been in direct contact, someone who knew someone that well would know and recognize a change and a decline.  That said, I'm not convinced they had no contact I think I saw that the most recent batch of released Epstein documents said Trump was mentioned in them at least 1,800 times - far more than any other person. Yeah. Trump recognized in his first term that it wasn’t politically expedient to be seen in Epstein’s company but the story that Trump had some moral reckoning and banished Epstein from his life is implausible. [/quote]
