QP has done NOTHING on the field for VDA. For VDA girls, QP has empowered the right people to move the club forward. That includes hiring BP which wouldn’t have happened if a certain VDA coach didn’t intervene and keep BP from going to another DMV club when he left FCV.

VDA was a top 25 club before BP. It will be top 5 in a few years with BP steering the ship as long as ML and AS stay as involved as they are now.

When BP left FCV, he could’ve gone to any club in the area, but he chose to go to Vda and definitely doesn’t make the kind of money that he would make at other places further north. I think that says something.

U16s won MA. Have been top 3 in conference every year.

What are results at the younger ages? Does that mean winning? Loudoun always had winning teams at u13. How’d that end up? Arlington always wins at u13. How are they in the recruiting ages?[/quote]
