I watched the hearing and at the end Ratcliffe (or his staff) came up with the brilliant idea to blame it all on Whiskey Pete. Since Pete posted the war plans to the group and he said it wasn't classified, then he must've used his inherent power as Sec Of Def to declassify the info of the timing and method of an imminent military attack. I'm sure that's very reassuring to our warfighters who are putting their butts on the line.
