[/quote] Have you listened to the recording? They did not say "hey bro you see a plane anywhere?" They identify the plane by call sign and the runway it is approaching. There may be review of ATC procedures when a helicopter is within range of flights during take off or landing, but this ATC followed procedure and provided plenty of specificity and direction to the helicopter pilot.[/quote]
