I'd have a little more sympathy for this sob story if there was some big reason for the divorce like cheating. Why leave now? Kids deserved an intact family unless there's something egregious happening. She could have stuck it out a few more years for their sake. She just got tired of Kevin and he should pay up? How would you know cheating isn’t part of it? It was part of his first marriage so wouldn’t exactly be shocking. Sticking it out a few more years also wouldn’t have done anything though because it doesn’t change the prenup terms. [/quote]
