Yes, it was set up threadl...currently you can't even force someone to donate an Oregon or blood to their own dying child. Men might feel a little differently if Little Johnny needed his heart in order to survive. Say goodbye to Daddy.
What with hearts, lungs and kidneys being pretty size specific, no men will be compelled to step up.
Kids get adult sized organs often
Not from adults who don’t want to give them.
Um that is literally the point. You can't force an adult to sacrifice their body and life for their kids.... Well not men anyway.
SCOTUS is giving us the roadmap here. And while full size men aren’t great candidates for donating organs to kids, their eyes, corneas, and skin are more than adequate. Male corpses are also perfect for medical schools, crash tests, and military blast testing, not to mention decomposition study. Lots of uses for an adult male body of any age, all of which would save lives. “Sorry, Junior, we couldn’t give Grandpa the ritual Christian burial because the state said he had to give up his body to save others. You don’t belong to yourself anymore after the judges we bought 20 years ago screwed up.”
