You seem to forget that I am doing a job with monetary value -- childcare. My husband works 80 hours per week [b]and he would have to hire 2 nannies to replace me if anything happened to me.[/b] The work I do now is worth more materially than what I did before having kids. [/quote]

That's a little unfair.  You should view it right now as one nanny.  If you were to get a job you'd most likely need ONE nanny.  [b]Not to mention that you won't need a nanny after the youngest is in school. [/quote][/b]

Yeah because every job I know allows working parents to finish their workday in time and to pick up their kid by 3:15 when school is done![/quote]
